Description
The City of Springfield is seeking proposals from qualified firms/providers to provide Temporary Personnel Services, as needed, for the various Departments/Divisions of the City. Service Provider shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, taxes, insurance, fuel, permits, and any and all other items necessary to complete the work, as specified herein. Temporary employees shall only work 28 hours or less per week unless approved with written notice from the Director of Human Resources or designee. A contract will be issued in the form of a one (1) year term contract with the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year terms.
