REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT � The government is issuing this RFI/sources sought announcement as a part of market research for Electronic Warfare. SPECIAL NOTICE � REQUEST FOR INFORMATION(RFI)/Sources Sought: Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division, has a requirement for companies with the capability and facilities to manufacture multiple serpentine assembly variations for the AN/SPS-48E serpentines and intends to award a 5-year, firm fixed price, sole source IDIQ follow-on contract to N0016423DWP84. Companies with the capability and facilities to provide these types of supplies and services as well as the experience/expertise are invited to submit information pertaining to their capability to fulfill this requirement. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Loughmiller Tool and Design, Loogootee, IN, CAGE Code 1G8N9. This action is anticipated to be conducted under the authority of FAR 6.103-1(c)(2). The requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis because competition could result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government, which are not anticipated to be recovered through competition, or could cause unacceptable delays in fulfilling the requirement through any other source. Loughmiller has acceptable designed the prototype and delivered the above mentioned serpentines. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334511. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5840 � Technical Representation Services: Communication, Detection, and Coherent Radiation Equipment. Anticipated Period of Performance will be FY29-FY34. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
