Notice of Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the applicable Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 procedures. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotations are requested, and no separate written solicitation will be issued beyond the RFQ documents included in this posting. This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference and in full text as provided in Attachment 2. The current text of Federal Acquisition Regulation provisions and clauses is available at https://www.acquisition.gov/. Requirement The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp - Bryan, seeks a responsible small business to supply and deliver two (2) 25-ton single-packaged air-conditioning units with gas heat, 208/230V, three-phase, 60 Hz, for Government installation at the ICC Building. This is a supply-and-delivery-only acquisition; installation is not included. Equipment and materials shall conform to Attachment 3, Statement of Work/Specifications. Quotations shall identify the manufacturer and model of the proposed units and include complete manufacturer product data sheets and specifications demonstrating compliance with the SOW. The Government-approved SOW controls the technical requirement. Delivery destination: Federal Bureau of Prisons, FPC Bryan, 1100 Ursuline Avenue, Bryan, TX 77803. Deliveries may be received Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., excluding Federal holidays, as stated in the SOW. FOB destination.
