This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 47PF5327Q0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Elevator Maintenance & Related Services. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (i) Reference Attachment B, Electronic Offer Sheet for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s). (ii) Reference the Performance Work Statement for a description of requirements for any items to be acquired in performance of this requirement. (iii) Contemplated Period of Performance one year base period (March 1, 2027 to February 29, 2028) and four one-year options and the option to extend. The location of performance is at the Kinneary US Courthouse in Columbus, OH, Bricker Federal Building in Columbus, OH, Bricker Parking Garage in Columbus, OH, and Rice Federal Building & US Courthouse in Dayton, OH.
