Description

The intent of this notice is to identify potential contractors for market research purposes and to determine if commercial sources are available. The information will be used within the U.S. Navy and will not be disclosed outside the agency. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research, the purpose of this notice is to identify sources capable of satisfying the Government’s requirement. If your company would like to be considered as a potential source for this work, please submit a response adhering to the below submission requirements. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Far East is seeking qualified contractors and subcontractors that are licensed to conduct business in Japan for oil water separator maintenance and used oil collection and disposal. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform: service orders, repair /restoration, inspection, testing and certification, and preventative maintenance services for Oil Water Separator Systems at Marine Corps Base, Camp Butler and its tenant units, Okinawa, Japan. Locations: Marine Corps Installations, Okinawa Japan: Camp Kinser, MCAS Futenma, Camp Foster, Camp Courtney, Camp Hansen, Camp Schwab, Camp Lester and Northern Training Areas (NTA). The anticipated contract may include Recurring work and Non-Recurring work Contract for Okinawa Japan. The anticipated contract duration is one (1) base year with the possibility of exercising up to four (4) 1-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562211. It is requested that interested firms capable of providing the requested services submit a brief capabilities statement package
