PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT AREQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL This notice is issued by Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)Part 10, to provide services for rental of AC Units with Heaters. This effort is to seek out qualified sources capable of providing services required by the attached statement of work (SOW). All interested parties are encouraged to respond. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532490. The Government anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the required services. The Government is interested in receiving responses from all qualified sources capable of providing the services. Large and small companies that have experience are encouraged to respond to this notice by November 2, 2026 at 11 AM. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government, nor will the U.S. Government pay for information solicited. The Government will not return any information submitted, nor will the Government compensate any company who responds to this Notice. Proprietary information submitted will be protected, when so designated. The following key information is requested: 1. Company name, address, telephone number, CAGE code, UEI number, point of contact (name, phone# and e-mail). If your company is a small business, please identify the socioeconomic status. 2. Explanation of the company's ability to perform 100% of the efforts required including identifying if your company owns the equipment.
