<p>The Risk Management Department is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide temporary</p><p>housing accommodation for City of San Diego (City) residents, who become displaced due to</p><p>incidents related to City infrastructure, such as water main breaks, sewer backups, and other</p><p>conditions that render a residence uninhabitable.</p><p>Contractor must provide the City with both short-term and extended-stay lodging</p><p>accommodation for displaced residents on an as-needed, on-demand basis. Contractor must</p><p>provide immediate housing and continued occupancy throughout the duration of the</p><p>resident’s property restoration.</p> <p></p>
