This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement, a market survey for information to be used for preliminary planning purposes. The information received will be used within the Navy to facilitate the decision-making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes and to determine whether to set-aside the requirement for small business concerns. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic is seeking eligible Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses/Women-Owned Small Businesses capable to perform a proposed contract. They must be capable of performing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multi Discipline Architecture-Engineer (AE) design and engineering services for Military Construction (MILCON) and Special Project facilities predominately for Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) and Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Yorktown.
