The City of Seguin is soliciting bids to establish an annual contract for furnishing and delivering complete pole-mounted distribution capacitor banks rated 300 kVAR, 600 kVAR, and 900 kVAR, including controllers, switching equipment, control power transformers, mounting racks, and associated components. Sensors are excluded from this bid. These specifications establish the minimum requirements for materials to support the operation, maintenance, and expansion of the City’s electric distribution system. Materials will be purchased on an as-needed basis. Field installation is not included in this material supply bid.
