Base Ketchikan serves as the single touch point for the support of Coast Guard operations within the 17th Coast Guard District, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our operational partners to ensure the delivery of professional, responsive, and cost-effective services to the American public. 1.2 Scope The Contractor shall provide the proper mix of personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, transportation, and other items or services (except utilities and limited facilities as defined in section 12.0) necessary to accomplish the CARPET REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF BRAND NEW CARPET services required by this PWS.
