The City of Norwalk is seeking qualified vendors to procure, install, operate, maintain, and implement the Municipal School Bus Violation Enforcement System (“MSBVES”) citation process pursuant to the authority granted to it by Connecticut General Statute Section 14-279c, as may be amended from time to time.
