Description
The Virginia Department of Military Affairs seeks qualified consulting services to conduct an agency-wide compensation and classification study for approximately 350 civilian employees across 75 position classes. Services include job analysis and position-description review, internal equity and classification assessment, external salary benchmarking, development of an updated pay structure, and implementation/fiscal-impact recommendations, tools, and training consistent with Commonwealth of Virginia DHRM guidance.
