SUBJECT: Solicitation No W91CRB26RA024; Request for Proposal (RFP) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-93, effective 01 January 2017. The word Government in this document refers to the United StatesGovernment, its authorized Agencies, Departments, Representatives, Personnel and Assigns Only. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case: IS-B-ZPD. ARP Case: IM26004, Country: Israel. The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 334310 (Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing). The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5965 (Microphones and Speakers Handsets Headsets). The U.S. Army, Communication Electronics Command (CECOM), Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) intends to procure Commercial Items for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case IS-B-ZPD for the country of Israel, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
