<p>The City of San Bernardino’s Community Development and Housing Department invites applications for FY 2027-2028 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding. The City anticipates approximately $2,600,000 in CDBG funding and $256,500 in ESG funding, subject to final HUD allocations.</p><p></p><p>Funding will support eligible community development activities benefiting low- and moderate-income residents, community improvements, and services addressing homelessness and housing instability.
