This requirement is a re-solicitation of the previously cancelled procurement for Flat Bronze Markers. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) on or about September 24, 2026, for the acquisition of flat bronze markers in support of VA's Memorial Products Service (MPS). The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) furnishes headstones, markers, niche covers, and medallions for deceased Veterans worldwide. Memorial monuments are also furnished to memorialize Veterans whose remains are non-recoverable. The purpose of this requirement is to manufacture, supply, and distribute flat bronze markers worldwide. The Government contemplates a single award of an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed prices subject to economic price adjustment.
