The purpose of this RFP is to identify and contract with a strategic partner for the operation, management, commercialization, maintenance, and monetization of Virginia Techâs existing Distributed Antenna System (DAS) infrastructure. Virginia Techâs DAS is a Neutral Host Consortium, ensuring carrier-agnostic mobile connectivity across Virginia Tech facilities.
