Dear Valued Vendors and Suppliers, The 22nd District Agricultural Association Contracts Department has released a Request For Proposal IFB 27-003 - Paddock Video Board Replacement (Public Works). The District is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of the existing outdoor LED video board system at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. The District intends to award a single contract for Video Board Replacement Services, using Daktronics equipment or equivalent equipment manufactured by other vendors. The project includes the removal and disposal of the existing video board system and the furnishing, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of a new outdoor LED video board system utilizing the existing structural support framing. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, engineering, hardware, software, cabling, electrical connections, mounting components, controls, programming, testing, commissioning, training, and incidental services necessary to deliver a complete, integrated, and fully operational system.
