Description

The proposal is to develop a 14’x28’ 392 Square Feet Accessory Development Unit (ADU), See plans developed by CRW Architects. The project will allow the Olmsted County HRA to rent the primary residence and the ADU unit, adding additional capacity to the Affordable Housing Portfolio managed by the HRA. The Contractor will provide evidence of insurability and bonding for the standards listed under the attachments tab. Olmsted County Housing and Redevelopment insurance Requirements. A bid bond and payment and performance bond will be required for this project.
