<p>The work will consist of removing the existing low slope gravel roofing system down to the structural decking. We will then be nailing a base sheet to the plywood and installing 2 plies of roofing felts in hot asphalt. A mineral surface cap sheet will be applied over the felts in hot asphalt. After the asphalt has sufficiently cured we will then apply title 24 compliant reflective coatings over the cap sheet. The project location is 17001 Upland Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335. Contractor must be authorized by The Garland Company to install their products.</p><p>TIME OF COMPLETION: 20 WORKING DAYS</p><p>ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE: $99,000.00</p> <p>MANDATORY PRE-BID VISIT TO WORK SITE: A Pre-Bid Conference and Site Walk of the project site will be conducted by the City to acquaint Bidders with existing site conditions. Attendees to the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Walk must meet at 10:00 am on Monday, November 9, 2026 at the HERITAGE PARK RESTORATION ROOFING PROJECT located at Heritage Park Community Center located at 13766 Heritage Circle Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335. Bidders must attend the meeting to qualify to submit a bid.</p>
