The City of Douglasville is seeking improvements to the Brightstar Rd at Brightstar Connector intersection. The Project will upgrade the traffic signal, signing, striping, and sidewalks at the Brightstar intersection. The traffic signal improvements will include mast arms, video detection, and underground connectivity.
