The Arkansas Army National Guard, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking to purchase food service equipment. The attached Solicitation W912JF26QA0011 is a Request for Quote. All interested companies must provide a quotation for the equipment listed in the attached Specifications as Brand Name or Equal. Offerors must include the Unique Entity Identifier, Cage Code, Tax ID Number, Point of Contact Information: Name, address, telephone number, and email address. Interested companies shall email 1 copy of their quote to monica.d.walker.civ@army.mil. Email copies only, no paper copies, CD Rom or discs will be accepted. Quotes received after the due date and time will be treated as late and not considered in accordance with the FAR. Place of Delivery: Camp Joseph T. Robinson, Arkansas Army National Guard Warehouse, 318 Missouri Ave., North Little Rock, AR 72199-9763. For questions or clarification, please contact Monica D. Walker, Contract Specialist, at monica.d.walker.civ@army.mil. Questions will not be answered telephonically. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote offers the best value to the government, considering price, quality, delivery date, and warranty. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small women owned disadvantaged business. Due to the time constraint, no date or time extension will be granted.
