This Sources Sought / Market Research Capabilities Questionnaire is issued to identify and assess potential industry capabilities, small-business participation, and acquisition-strategy considerations for a potential design-build construction project involving Active Vehicle Barrier Control System (AVBCS), guard booth, and associated access control point (ACP) infrastructure improvements at Shop Gate and Adams Gate, Fort Lee, Virginia. This notice is issued for planning and market-research purposes only. It is not a solicitation, request for proposal, request for quotation, or commitment by the Government to award a contract. This notice does not restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for costs associated with preparing or submitting a response.
