This project is in alignment with the City’s goals outlined in our Comprehensive Plan and Sustainable Communities of Maryland Plan. Project Schedule: RFP Publication Date: October 22, 2026 Pre-Bid Meeting (remote): November 5, 2026 at 2pm held remotely Final Date to Submit Questions: November 18, 2026 Proposal Due Date: December 1, 2026 by 3pm
