School District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide a secure, cloud-based energy and utility management software solution. The solution shall centralize utility account information, automate utility bill collection and data entry, track utility consumption and costs, identify billing irregularities, and provide reporting and analytical tools for District Facilities Department.
