The City of Fitchburg, Wisconsin ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified actuarial firms to perform an actuarial valuation of the City's Other Postemployment Benefits (OPEB) in accordance with the requirements of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Statement No. 75, Accounting and Financial Reporting for Postemployment Benefits Other Than Pensions.
