The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation �N40085-26-R-0214 Construction of Fire Protection System at Building C2�. The proposed contract action to perform construction services for the installation of a fire protection system, including sprinklers and fire alarm at Building C2, Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck and Leonardo, New Jersey. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the work including the removal and replacement of the existing fire alarm systems with a combination fire alarm mass notification system, providing a fully complete and usable fire protection sprinkler system and incidental related work. The completion time for this contract is 270 calendar days after award. The source selection procurement method to be utilized is FAR Part 15, Contracting By Negotiation. The appropriate Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, and the Small Business Size Standard is $19,000,000.
