*** THIS IS NOT A BID *** The description of services intended for purchase from a single source is posted in accordance with section 3.9, Procurement Ordinance 25-11, and will be posted for a minimum of 15 business days. Commodity or Service Required: Cvent Hospitality Cloud Access Description: Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau is seeking to execute a single source for the purchase of Cvent Hospitality Cloud Access allowing Lee County to directly market as a meetings & conventions destination to meeting planner organizations throughout the Cvent Supplier Network. Intended Single Source: Cvent, Inc. Justification for Single Source Acquisition: Cvent is the sole RFP platform that allots for DMO listings with search, targeted advertising capabilities and integration with our current Simpleview CRM. VCB conducted research and found that: • Cvent is the only Request for Proposal (RFP) submission platform that hotels use other than their individual brand global sales systems. • While Simpleview CRM does integrate with other platforms, there is no complete offering with destination management organization listing options, target advertising, and RFP submission or OMO listing/ advertising. Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reasons stated above, Lee County Procurement Management intends to utilize the Single Source Procurement method to purchase from Cvent, Inc. for supplying the above.
