Demolition of the existing two-story accessory building and replacement with a new approximately 1,328-square-foot building that includes restrooms, workshop area, and storage. The project would also renovate the existing dormitory quarters building, including the reception area, office, and living quarters, and add an American with Disabilities Act accessible all-gender restroom.
