Market Survey for Environmental Management, Analysis, Research, and International Support (EMARIS) II

Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this sources sought/Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information from industry regarding potential technical and professional support for the FAA�s environmental management, analysis, research, and compliance requirements. This RFI is intended to support the Office of Environment and Energy (AEE) and other FAA offices, including but not limited to Office of Airports - ARP, Office of Commercial Space Transportation - AST, Aviation Safety - AVS, and Air Traffic Organization - ATO. Potential areas of support may include environmental reviews and compliance, environmental management systems, community engagement, environmental modeling and analysis, operations research, research and development, sustainability, energy management, and environmental cleanup. Responses will assist the FAA in understanding industry capabilities and informing potential future acquisition strategies. The acquisition strategy for the procurement has not been determined at this time; however, either an unrestricted competition or a set-aside will be chosen depending on the responses to this Market Survey. This is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Proposals of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Any costs associated with the market survey submittal is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The FAA may request that one, some, all, or none of the respondents to this Market Survey provide additional information. No evaluation of vendors will occur based on this additional information and vendor participation in any informational session is not a promise for future business with the FAA.
