SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT � FOR INFORMATION ONLY Individual Terrorism Awareness Course (INTAC) 1. Introduction: This is a Sources Sought market survey for informational and planning purposes only, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this announcement. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) � UMSB Contracting is conducting market research for the follow-on contract to support the Individual Terrorism Awareness Course (INTAC). The purpose is to identify parties who may be interested in and capable of performing this requirement. 2. Background: The INTAC program is a comprehensive, professional, resident training course that enhances the antiterrorism and force protection awareness posture of U.S. Army, Department of War (DoW), and other U.S. Government personnel. The course consists of a combination of classroom lectures and hands-on, performance-based training modules designed to provide realistic and challenging scenarios based on past events and current intelligence. The training prepares personnel who are considered to be at a medium-to-high risk from terrorism or criminal activity for their official travel and duties outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). 3. Requirement: The Contractor shall be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and contiguous training facilities necessary to conduct the INTAC training sessions and associated training modules. The core INTAC training is a multi-day session, supplemented by various optional modules that can be ordered as needed. See attached the DRAFT PWS. The Contractor will be responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary facilities, including road courses with varied configurations, firearms ranges, non-lethal shooting facilities, classrooms, and administrative and storage space for Government-furnished property. 4.
