Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to provide a range of human resources (HR) services to the City of Newport News on an on-call, as-needed basis. This solicitation covers multiple HR service categories that support the Cityâs recruitment, workforce development, organizational effectiveness, and related administrative needs. Offerors are not required to provide services in all categories to respond; proposals may be submitted for an individual category, multiple categories, or all categories.(See attached for the link to OpenGov to respond electronically)Please note that only initial procurement opportunities are posted on eVA.
