The Department of Conservation and Recreation (Agency) seeks a qualified contractor to provide a fixed per-acre price for the aerial application of herbicide to control Phragmites australis (common reed) within designated areas on Natural Area Preserves and State Parks owned or managed by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
