Bid response may be submitted in a sealed envelope at the Purchasing Division office or uploaded electronically through this e-bidding website. Sealed paper bids must be delivered to the Purchasing Division, 701 E. Broadway, 5th Floor, Columbia, MO 65201 by the closing date and time. The bid responses must be in a sealed envelope and marked in bold letters “RFB 105/2026." Bids received after the appointed time will be time stamped and marked as late and will not be considered in the evaluation. Accessibility Notice: All solicitation documents are available for public inspection at the City of Columbia Purchasing Division during normal business hours. Individuals who require an accommodation or an alternative accessible format to review solicitation documents may contact the Purchasing Division. The City will provide reasonable accommodations and accessible formats upon request, as appropriate.
