Sources Sought: On-Site Elevator Maintenance Services Sources Sought Notice Number: IHS-WAG-27-1532090 This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation or commitment by the Indian Health Service. This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine the availability of Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE)Businesses and small businesses. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 333921, Elevator and Moving Stairway Manufacturing. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing elevators and moving stairways. 1.0 Background The Mission of the Wagner IHS is to provide the best possible healthcare services to the Native American population of the Yankton Sioux Tribe in South Dakota. To meet this mission, the Wagner IHS Healthcare Center (IHS) has identified a need for a Non-Personal, Firm Fixed Price, Base Year plus Four (4) One (1) Option Year Service Contract for On-Site Elevator Maintenance Services. 2.0 Objective The Wagner IHS Healthcare Center currently has one direct plunger hydraulic elevator. This elevator needs routine servicing, inspection and repair in accordance with applicable codes, standards and specifications. The elevator is also tied into the fire detection system and emergency power system. 2.1 Scope The elevator is to be serviced regularly and inspected annually in accordance with ASME A172-2023. The contractor is expected to provide systematic and periodic maintenance that will meet the needs of the Wagner IHS Healthcare Center and result in reliable operation of the elevator. 3.0 Work Schedule/Availability Wagner IHS Healthcare Center hours of operations are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm. 4.0 Period of Performance Base Year: 01/01/20…
