Statements of qualifications and proposals are being requested from consultants with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments with grant writing for and implementation of FY2027 and FY2028 Community Development Block Grant programs (CDBG) programs and/or FY2027 and FY2028 HUD HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Community Housing Improvement Programs (CHIP) programs including construction of new housing, housing reconstruction and/or rehabilitation.
