Separate sealed bids for construction of the above referenced project will be received by the Owner at their office, on December 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM, local time at North Charleston Procurement Department, 2500 City Hall Lane, 3rd Floor, Rhett Conference Room, North Charleston, SC 29406 then at said office to be publicly opened and read aloud.
