A broad variety of operations, routine and non-routine maintenance, repair including emergency repairs, inspection, reconstruction, modernization, and rehabilitation of project facilities, water control structures, and features are required under this procurement. These include Recreation Area and Facility Cleaning; Solid Waste Collection, Transport, and Disposal; Heavy Equipment Maintenance/Repairs; Visitor Center Operations and Maintenance; Carpentry; Erosion Control Activities; Buoy Placement and Maintenance; Painting; Heating/Air Conditioning Services; Masonry Repair; Landscaping; Wildlife and Fisheries Enhancement; Flood Control Structure Repairs and Maintenance; and Road Maintenance/Repairs.
