<p>The work consists of constructing pedestrian crossing, traffic signal, accessibility, drainage, utility, and pavement improvements on R Street between 28th Street and Alhambra Blvd as well as 29th and 30th St from Q Street to S Street, including signalization of the intersections at 29th Street and 30th Street, installation of pedestrian facilities, interconnection with existing railroad crossing equipment, replacement of rail gate and signal equipment, roadway rehabilitation, signing and striping, and related appurtenant work. The project will be constructed within existing City right-of-way.</p> <p></p>
