REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Europe Maintenance and Services contract to provide preventive maintenance, inspection, operational testing, corrective maintenance, emergency repair, and maintenance record support for Government owned Active Vehicle Barriers (AVBs) and associated equipment located within access control points at designated United States military installations in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
