The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Finance, is seeking a municipal advisor to provide advisory services including, but not limited to: bond & debt issuance, policies, restructuring; communications regarding bonds & debt; document preparation & review; analysis of submitted proposals; identifying other professionals needed for bond issuance; and assistance with various filings.
