Description
<p>The Project will rehabilitate Secondary Clarifier No 1 at the Laguna Treatment Plant. The work includes demolition, replacement, and resurfacing of aging clarifier components such as drive unit, influent well, rake arm, scum baffle, and effluent launder. Secondary Clarifier No 1 must be operational between November 1, 2027 and April 30, 2028.</p> <p></p>
