The Town of Seaboard is soliciting sealed bids for the demolition/clearance and asbestos removal of one (1) existing house and the provision and installation of one (1) State Building Code modular home. The project is funded through the Town’s 2021 CDBG Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) grant.
