Seminole County is requesting information for use in evaluating multiple County‑owned properties for potential economic development projects that strengthen tourism, sports, hospitality, healthcare, and entertainment sectors. The goal is to identify high‑value uses, attract qualified developers, and advance procurement steps for upcoming solicitations.
