The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a Contract through competitive negotiations for the design, production, delivery, installation, and commission of a charging solution to support our fleet of Battery Electric Locomotives at Norfolk International Terminals (NIT).
