The City of Seguin is soliciting bids for an annual contract for the purchase and delivery of water/wastewater treatment chemical Sulfur Dioxide in accordance with the specifications contained herein. All proposals in response to this solicitation must be submitted electronically through Beacon Bid, No paper, faxed, emailed, or in-person submissions will be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to ensure their proposal is fully submitted and received via the Beacon Bid system prior to the closing date and time. All amendments, clarifications, and official addenda will be posted within the Beacon Bid system.
