Description
Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals electronically through use of Cit-E-Bid or in person - hand delivery. Mailed Bids (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, emails or facsimile bids will not be considered. Proposals can be hand delivered to City Secretary Office, 1110 Houston St., 3rd. Floor, Laredo, Texas 78040 or submitted through Cit-E-Bid system until 5:00 P.M. on September 14, 2026 and all submitted proposals received will be opened and publicly acknowledged at 10:00 A.M. on September 16, 2026. The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors.
