Description
The GIRARD WATER FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS-FIRE HYDRANT REPLACEMENT PROJECT will consist of the removal and replacement of eleven (11) fire hydrants that serve low-and moderate-income areas throughout the City of Girard. The contractor shall complete the work within ninety (90) calendar days of the “Notice to Proceed” date. The contractor shall pay liquidated damages for each consecutive calendar day of delay thereafter until completed in the amount of $250.00 per day.
