Sealed bids will be received by the Owner, the City of Covington, Covington, GA, in the offices of City of Covington, 2194 Emory Street NW, Covington, GA, 30014 until 11:00 a.m. local time, on October 15, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work necessary for completing the Runway 10 Obstruction Removal Project (2026).
