. 17 12 You must complete schedule a pre-application meeting with City staff BEFORE submitting your application if one or all of the following apply: Your agency is a new applicant. Your agency has not previously been awarded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the last 3 years, Your agency is applying for capital improvement funds. Please contact the Community Reinvestment Division at COACDD@aurora.il.us or 630-256-3320 to schedule a meeting to discuss your proposal to determine its CDBG eligibility and/or to determine if your application might be a better fit for one of the City's other grant programs.
