Sources Sought Snow Removal and Hauling BPA Offutt AFB, NE 68113 SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified, experienced, and interested offerors capable of performing the type of work as described herein for information and planning purposes. The information received will be utilized by the United States Air Force to facilitate the planning and decision-making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of this sources sought. Respondents are not required to submit information in response to this announcement to participate in any future solicitation that may come as a result of the information received. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for the following items listed below: General: The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct Market Research in accordance with RFO Part 10, for snow hauling and removal for Offutt AFB during the winter season. The Contractor shall provide mission-essential snow clearing, snow relocation, and snow hauling services to ensure uninterrupted operational capability at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB) during winter weather events. The Contractor shall furnish all management, competent supervision, certified heavy equipment operators, CDL Licensed Operators, tools, transportation, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to perform all operations safely, expeditiously, and in strict accordance with the standards outlined herein. 1.1 Authorized Clearing Footprint Clearing operations under this agreement are strictly limited to designated paved parking areas and road access arteries, comprising a tot…
